My ps4 got dipped in water by my angry big brother

It was in a bucket of water for water for not more than 1 min

I took it and ran upstairs and put it in the hot sun

The console outside went dry and i waited for a cple of hours and plugged it in there was no response

The nxt day i tried to start it beeped amd gave that blue light and then a dimmed white light kept dimming

After a cple of hours i turned it on it showed the orange light dimming over and over again

And now theres no response

Please help me

Guys it just fixed itself?

Hi!

Could be serious a lot of things. First you need to open up the system and check the status, you also need to remove the motherboard and open up the PSU. Probably a lot of corrosion there… You need to clean it all with isopropyl alcohol and try again.

Use Isopropyl Alcohol 99%+ available from electronics parts stores.

If possible do not use rubbing alcohol (available from pharmacies) as this is can be <70% IPA, can contain additives and is not as effective. If you have to use it check the label on the bottle to read the % of IPA. The higher the % the better.
