Screen started spazzing out after LCD replacement

Hey guys. I was replacing the LCD screen on my Macbook Air. Everything was going smoothly, I turned the screen on before I stuck it down and all okay.

After I stuck it down it also seemed fine, until a few minutes later it lost its mind. I have attached a link to show you what started happening.

Does anyone know what causes this type of behavior? Did the cable come loose, some tape on the LCD or something else? Let me know if any additional information would be helpful.

Loosen the panel screws did that resolve it?

Thanks @danj , just tried that. Turned it on, no flickering... Left it for a while and it came back. Could it be a dodgy replacement LCD?

Yes, it could be a bad panel or the case is warped so it stresses the connections.
