When playing Mario Kart or Smash my console overheats. It overheats because the fan does not spin at all. I thought okay then, “I’ll replace the fan.” I replaced it and still nothing. Not even a budge. I even tried both fans without the backplate on and no luck. Can someone please help me to find a solution? I don’t want to play Mario Maker for the entire quarantine.

If the fan does not spin, use another fan to blow on it.
The fan rarely breaks, if it does not spin, something on the board is not right and fail to trigger the fan, or supply power to the fan.
