iPhone 7 screen replacement issue big black horizontal line/patch.

Hello,

I am facing this issue for twice now.

I purchased iphone 7 screen replacement kit online. When i check it it works perfect. Everythings perfect Touch and everything.

But when I try to fit it, it doesn’t fit properly (I think the IC is not placing properly into its place in the motherboard).

Moreover, I get this big black patch towards the right side.

Can someone please tell me what I might be doing wrong. I Did try to push gently when the screen couldn’t fit. Did i break the IC or something. What should i do to prevent it?
