MacBook Air is not turning on
Hello-
I have 11” Air that is not turning on. Model number on the back is Model A1465. i have tried several things by looking at videos but no luck.
When connected with wall adaptor, light turns green and amber. After few hours it does turn green and stay green so battery is charged.
I have tried soft reset as well as open back panel and cleaned it. All connection looks good and fan is clean. When i connect, the fan does move a little and stops but no chime or signs of computer starting. Would love to recover as computer is in good condition and worked well.
Appreciate any tips or ideas here:)

MacBook Air 11" Mid 2013
Replacing the logic board is not very hard in this series. Review the guides to get an idea if you're up to it.
