Kenmore Elite Fridge AND Freezer not cooling

Hi everyone. I have a Kenmore Elite refrigerator 795.74043.411 have had no problems and suddenly both the fridge and freezer are not cooling. Any solutions? Aren't there 2 separate fans? Could it be that both went out at exactly the same time? Or is there 1 fan?
