PS4 controller works over USB but not via bluetooth

Hi all,

I have one controller where bluetooth is not working at all.

1. When I press ps logo button + share button - no reaction (no light, and it’s not visible in bluetooth settings)
2. When controller is connected to the console via cable and console is turned off - it won’t start it when ps logo button is pressed.
3. When controller is connected to the console via cable and console is turned on - I can use it normally

I reset it couple of times and checked all the buttons (they are working fine) it seems that bluetooth is not working at all. Any suggestion which part of the motherboard I can check/replace?
