Please verify the model number as a search using the model number that you posted shows no results?
Also what do you mean by the "display is not working?
Is the monitor turning on but no image or is there no indication of power at all on the monitor.
If it is turning on can you see an image at all when shining a torch at an angle close to the screen? It will be very faint if it is there, so trying in a darkened room may help. If you can see an image you have a backlight problem.
Can't find any information on the monitor but if the power indicator light is not turning on when the power is connected to the monitor and since you have replaced the power board then there must either be a problem with the power connection from the power cord input connector to the power board or between the power board and the mainboard or in the mainboard. It is the mainboard that turns on the power indicator light and not the power board. The power board only supplies a standby voltage to the mainboard which says that power is available. When the power button is pressed, the mainboard then signals the power board to turn fully on so that the necessary power for the screen and mainboard etc is available
