TCL ROKU tv has really slow download speed.

I have a 55R617-CA TCL tv with a ROKU TV model 7120X. For about a week now I have been experiencing very slow download speed. My internet is 75Mbps. All my other devices, phone, Amazon Fire Stick, PS4 and Surface Pro have tested between 60Mbps and 70Mbps. My TCL ROKU TV has been between 9Mbps and 17Mbps. All devices were tested in the same room on the same network.

I have: done a factory reset, used wired and wireless connections, network connection reset (many times). Download speed was mostly good until a week or two ago. Since then it has not gotten above 17Mbps.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

BTW is there a “service” type screen that can be accessed to check/change settings or do some testing?

Check if there are any firmware updates.

I would suggest to go on ethernet connection whenever possible.

Just checking what LAN cables are you using?

Ideally it is Cat6 but minimum Cat5E
