I opened the spacebar and cleaned it, I put it back together properly following all the steps but it keeps popping from the bottom.

attach the iron bar to the plastic. Or buy new keyboard

Do you mean attach the bar to the spacebar itself? I tried that before and it the bar didnt go into the board itself
