Drifting after change of analog stick

Heyya!

I have a Dualshock 4 CHU-ZCT2 with JDM055 motherboard that I have changed the left analog stick on.

I bought new stick on ebay.

I have spent a longer time than I would like to admit on trying to desolder the old stick. I finally managed to completely clear all the holes from solder and the old stick is off.

I soldered on the new one and I just tried it out on my PS4 but directly I noticed it was not working correctly.

Inside the menu nothing happened when I tried to use the stick and when I used my arrows to move to the side, I automatically was going back to the left, like the stick was stuck going to the left.

I tried it inside a cod game, playing zombies, and the character is just spinning kinda slowly to the left. The right stick doesn't seem to be working either.

Anyone have any clue what I may have broken to make it like this?
