Keyboard not working after replacement

Recently replaced a water damaged keyboard for a new one, track pad has worked fine so it’s not the shared connection. I’m worried the pin connector or the cable from the keyboard may be the problem. When I first started it up and put it back together, only the d key worked, but now it’s completely unresponsive after I tried to fix the connection. If anyone has a pin out for the A1502, that would also be very helpful. I have an external keyboard with remapped keys that works as well.

We really need to see what you are seeing here. Take a few pictures which are clean and sharp showing us the connector like this image

Where did you buy the keyboard and what is the Apple P/N you ordered.

As you can see in the edit, there is damage to the pin connector but it’s only the plastic casing. I got the keyboard on Amazon, I can post the link. If the plastic casing is the problem, is there a way to fix this or replace it without replacing the logic board? I’m also having difficulty getting the cable plugged in so if there’s an easier way to do that, let me know.

FIXED IT the problem was simply the connection. After taking out the cord to take a picture and replacing it, it works perfectly
