Looking at the motherboard with the hinge side facing you i can see a flex ribbon that is broken. the only thing not working on the mac is the camera. I need to replace the part but cannot seem to find it

Sorry its not replaceable! Apple did not design the display with serviceable parts and they only offer their techs full display assemblies as a FRU.
You’ll need to replace the full display assembly MacBook Pro 13" Retina (Late 2016-2017) Display Assembly and here’s the guide MacBook Pro 13" Touch Bar Late 2016 디스플레이 어셈블리 교체

The new M1 based systems even have fewer FRU's!!
