My iPhone 8 plus was dead and after I replaced battery still not work

Hi, My phone was dead and after I replace the battery is still same and I find overheat around power button. Please let me know if you can fix it?

If the area near the power button is warm, then the phone might be working or turned on, the display might be broken or the display cable wasn’t plugged-in properly.
