A1502 2015 logic board swap to A1502 2014

Hello

I have a MacBook Pro 13 A1502 2015 Logic Board 2.7ghz 8gb and the logic board “died” due to liquid damage.

I found a 2014 2.4 8GB logic board and fitted that in, all is ok, everything works EXCEPT THE TRACKPAD as the connector does not fit the board.

QUESTIONS:

Will a trackpad from the a1502 2014 model fit my case (2015 model)?

Can I swap it to the model of 2014 so it fits the board?

Will the existing keyboard work with the 2014 one?
