iPhone screen turns off when brightness is too high.

My Iphone se screen turns off when i set brightness to high (> 75 %).

Can anyone please help me with this issue .

옵션

The battery cannot provide the power for full brightness or the screen is faulty. Since both are fairly inexpensive I would replace both. Does it act this way while on a charger?
