Repeating Xbox button sync sound.

My xbox has recently started randomly making the sound it should make when the ‘sync button’ on the left side of the console is pressed when i’m not pressing it and there’s nothing else pressing it. I’ve tried a hard reset and i’ve also taken the side panel off of the xbox to clear out any dust in the area and neither has worked. It was bearable until today when the sound is constantly going off every 10-20 minutes for about a 5 minute period. I need help or a solution to stop the sound and flashing of the white xbox signal that appears when the button is usually pressed manually.
