My Mac is randomly shutting down & won't recognize keyboard?

I have a Mac Pro (late 2013) running Intel Xeon E5 Processor, 4 new sticks of RAM for a total of 64G, and Beta Version 11.2 Big SUR. My Mac is randomly shutting down multiple times per day, freezes while on Zoom at times and does not always recognize my USB mac keyboard making this a GIGANTIC PIA.

I have read thru posts but thought I would repost to get new perspective here…Thoughts and advice would be much appreciated.
