How to fix non working Location Service?

Hey there,

my Location Service stopped working without any obvious reason. I tried a few solutions*, but nothing works. So is there any possibility to fix this with changing a component? :)

*I already tried:

1) all GPS using apps won‘t wirk

2) Turning Location Service off and on again.

3) Turning it if, doing soft resetting phone, turning it on again.

4) Same with involving airplane mode.

5) network setting reset

6) resetting phone completly
