The drum is belt driven, so maybe you need to check the belt (part #30 cabinet parts diagram), the motor belt pulley (part #29 cabinet parts) or the dryer idler pulley (part #39 cabinet parts) to see if they are all OK and that the belt has enough tension on the drum and is not slipping somewhere when the drum is loaded.
