Why is my shutter speed not displayed as a fraction anymore? It should be 1/3200 but instead it’s 1” or 1’2

That happens when you increase your shutter speed above 1/4 seconds.

0"3 = 0.3 seconds
0"5 = 0.5 seconds
1" = 1 second
1"2 = 1.2 seconds
2"5 = 2.5 seconds
15" = 15 seconds

and so on
