Why doesn't my display turn on? The iPhone turns on but no display

My display won't turn on after reconnecting everything post battery replacement. What could be going on? I checked the screen cables but I didn't see any problem.

Did you disconnect the battery first?

Yes I did disconnect the battery first

@brittwage Check and make sure none of the display cables are torn. Even a small tear could kill the display.
