HTC Touch Pro no Backlight or unstable

HI!

I have a HTC Raphael - Touch Pro and it's working fine but suddenly i have a problem.

I don't have backlight but it works sometimes. The mobile it's fine and never fell down, so i don't know where i can start to diagnose because it works fine, even if don't have the backlight.
