HDR and imagine issue after Tcon replacement

I have a 55” TCL series 4 from 2018. The TV got a problem where the screen should go blank but the backlight and sound would work. After some research I determined it was the Tcon. After replacing it, the picture is back, but the picture is noisy and the colors are very wrong. HDR is no longer recognized. I am wondering if it’s the new TCon or is it something else. What could the problem be?
