Hi,
My Macbook is not charging or powering up.
The connector on the Audio-daughterboard has a problem
Now my question can i charge and start the Macbook without the Audio-daughterboard connected ?

Without the board TouchID has no means to talk to the main logic board. So you can’t gain access to the system.
Time to replace the part MacBook Air 13" (Late 2018-Mid 2019) Audio Daughterboard and you may need the cables are well.

@Laniedalos - Sounds like you have more than the audio board that needs attention. The audio board is your headphone jack and Apple loves to do more than one thing when they need a part. Here its a junction point for your power button and the TouchID.
Think of it this way I have two intercom units which is connected by a wire. If the wire is disconnected there is no pathway for the single to get to the other unit.
But having a problem with your battery charging up is telling me you have something much more going on here.
I think it's time to visit someone who can fix your system.

How about giving us a bit more here, why do you think the audio board is your issue?
This board has a second function as a junction between your TouchID sensor and the main logic board. So without it your system won't work.

it had a waterdamage and the connector on the Audio-Daughterboard ist broken.
I know that the Touch id is on it .
The question is if it powers up or charges without the board connected
