touch screen not working
samsung a31 my phone touch is not working. i can see notification and calls coing on my phone but i cant respond it as my phone touch is not working.

Some personalize settings may disorder phone system and leads touch screen hasn't any reaction. If the phone touch screen is completely unresponsive, factory resetting the Android device in Recovery Mode may help.

Note: Factory reset will erase all data stored in your phone, hence, you must apply this solution as a last resort and if possible, then backup and restore Android data beforehand.

Hello in my phone samsung a31 when will play free fire on smooth the touch problem has been occured after close the game . Touch start working but not so good as in beganging wgen buy new phone . But after unistall the game and download it 2 dats later in game touch work for only 24 hrs after it remain stop

It's a software issue.
It works well while charging
I can only play games while plugged in

maybe you dropped your phone thats why if there is no cracks you should replace the screen i guess
