Screen flickers for a while and then goes blank.
Date of manufacture is Nov 2019. Solution please.

Could be this defect? Even though your iPad was manufactured a month after this issue was resolved.

I went into an Apple Store and after much persistence the Genius replaced my iPad under this program. My iPad had power, but a blank screen, or brief flicker.
Worth a try I think, good luck!

Do you know what part is failing and needs to be replaced? Is it the gpu or screen? I Apple said my iPad is not eligible for this repair and that it would cost me $379.
