When the machine is in a wash cycle it will not drain unless I manually push the tub to the rear of the unit about half an inch. I have replaced the pump and the suspension with no luck the air code is F9E1 which is long drain. I don’t believe it is the lid lock because I can take the whole top off and move the tub as I explained earlier and it will work

An F9E1 is a long drain error code perhaps check that the water level pressure switch hose - Part #25 Motor, basket and tub parts Diagram is not being pinched or is kinked or loose etc.
The control knows that the water is draining due to the signals sent from the water level pressure switch, which the hose is connected to.
Also here’s the Tech Sheet - W10607408 - Rev F for the washer. Go to p.19 test #7 to see how to test the drain pump circuit in case it may be a loose connection somewhere etc.
