Getting "An error has ocurred, turn the power off and check "

I have a GameCube that gives this error

I have already calibrated the potentiometer to around 250, but still getting the error, I have tried with various games, cleaned the games and still getting the error :(.

Is my console dead? or is there a way to repair it?
