Laptop no display while turning it on

Hello everyone please help me. My laptop shows no display when turning it on but the power led and charge is on the HDD is also spinning and the fans are ok too. Now before this mess happened, I change a setting in the bios to boot in CSM from UEFI and now the display wont show up no matter what key function i pressed. I also tried the remove the CMOS battery and left it for many hours with no good result. I dont know what to do anymore.

UPDATE: Good news. My laptop all of a sudden just turned on it's display. All I did was a huge amount of patience while swapping the ram with its slots and voila it fixed it.

I am not sure what you mean when you say “. . .no matter what key function I pressed.” ??? What have you pressed - this is important ?

Just enter BIOS and reset to UEFI.

Thats the problem, i cant see anything the display wont turn on what i mean by that is i press F2 F12 ESC any combination to display the bios to no avail. Stil a black screen. I am thinking to just do the bios reset via jumper but i dont know where it is located in my motherboard. Btw my laptop model is Toshiba S70-B.

If you told us what model you have then we might be able to better help you.

Have you tried connecting a TV to the video port to see if anything displays?

Just curious but why did you change the BIOS setting from UEFI to CSM in the first place?

Is it possible you disturbed a cable when you took out the CMOS battery?

@aactech I did not try to connect an external monitor because i dont have one. I changed it to csm to install other OS on my other drive so i change the boot to CSM then press apply on bios then when it will restart it is now showing a black screen as black no power on the display. But the power led charge led the fan HDD are all working fine even the heatsink is warm means the cpu is working
