is the feeder motor activating? can you go into settings on the screen and make it feed by advancing it in the settings/refuel/ feed? if it will not feed at with that i would check voltage to the feeder motor and it no voltage that is the issue first. if it continues i would check the main board voltage. i have had the main board go out on one of mine.
