It is broken and software constantly pops up asking if I want to us the headphone jack. Do I have to replace the entire laptop case ?
Also is there a way to stop the software from popping up and have it set on headphone?

You can buy and replace this part but you will need the part number. it is soldered onto board you will need a soldering pen & electronics solder. Otherwise most phone and tablet repair places can do this.
