My smc reset isn't working and the battery isn't charging

My SMC reset isn't working and the battery is also not charging, I tried changing the battery to see if it was faulty but the other one still wasn't charging and I also changed the MagSafe but still it wasn't charging

The battery is now dead and it won't start up, the MagSafe light is green, and the battery meter by the side (the one that has a tiny button) blinks 3 times then the last one fades out

It also starts itself automatically when i plug the MagSafe and doesn't boot up but it keeps beeping continuously (this started happening after I unplugged the battery indicator from the inside, i returned it but still)

Please help!!

The blinking battery checker is telling us the battery is no longer good. The cycle count has exceeded the 1000 cycles!

If the MagSafe charger’s LED is not lit then your charger and/or the MacBook Pro Unibody 13" and 15" MagSafe DC-In Board needs replacing MacBook Pro 13" Unibody Late 2011 MagSafe DC-In Board Replacement

The MagSafe charger needs to light up and will be either Amber - Under charge or Green - Charged.

I often find people use cheaper knockoff chargers which damage their system does your MagSafe port look like this?

The magsafe is lit(shows constant green) I've changed the charger and the battery but all to no avail so I dont its from either of these but the system doesn't charge or boot up, it just keeps beeping and I've adjusted the ram also but to no avail, smc reset isn't working maybe because it's not charging in the first place

@Abdallah Moha - OK, Green is good! Did it start off Amber and then turned Green.

Not sure why you are messing with the RAM as that won't alter things.

To force a SMC reset just disconnect the battery and then press the power button for a good 15secs so you fully discharge the logic, then plug the battery back in, the system should spontaneously restart on its own if it doesn't then you have a deeper problem.
