iPhone randomly resetting every week or so in the morning

In short, I had a swollen battery that seems to have damaged my digitizer. I replaced the battery first and aside from needing to re-seat my SIM card a few times everything seemed fine for a while until the digitizer started malfunctioning, so I replaced that, had to re-seat the SIM card again and then everything seemed to be okay except that about once every week or so my iPhone X will just randomly shut down (sometimes with a little flicker of green color near the top right of the screen) and reboot itself early in the morning.

Could this be the SIM card? The SIM card reader? Something else?

How can I even begin to narrow it down?

How long has the replacement battery been in the phone and what percentage is the phone at when it powers off? Also you say it happens early in the morning, do you leave your phone plugged in over night?

I think it could still be a battery issue because on my old iphone 6s I had about a year ago, the battery was pretty toast and right before it would die it would sometimes freak out. (Sometimes with colors like green)

The battery has only been in there for a few weeks. I tend to keep the phone plugged in whenever I can, yes.

There can be a number of reasons as to why your phone restarts from a faulty/cheap screen or battery or another part might need replacing.

Where did you get the parts from?

repairparts plus.

hmmmm. I'm not familiar with them. At least you didn't order from eBay or Amazon lol. Which screen kit did you buy?

It was a relative that fixed it for me, but seeing as how there's only two near identical options on the site I'm guessing he went with this: https://www.repairpartsplus.com/iPhone-X...

@Abdel arch if that's the screen he used, I recommend you get rid of that one immediately. That phone was designed to use a more power efficient OLED display. The LCD you used by comparison to an OLED consumes more energy and it puts strain on the phone, especially the display connector. I've seen that connector get burned up from using an LCD a few times in my shop. Order a this screen and give it a shot. But first confirm exactly what display your relative used whether it was the LCD, hard OLED, or soft OLED. https://www.mobilesentrix.com/lcd-assemb... I personally use this parts supplier and those specific screens on iPhone X and they work very well for the money. They do also have an OEM refurbished display for about $40 more if you'd like to stick close to OEM.
