Can't figure out how to make a account and password.
How do I get to make a new username and password???

if you follow the above guide and do a factory or hard reset it will remove all accounts and allow you to make new ones. not sure if this is what you wanted or not.
Otherwise to do profiles

lastly if you log out of the current account you should be able to setup or log into a different account.

@patty69 a username and password to what? What are you trying to get into on your TV? Give us more detail.....
