Hi,
Here’s some images from the 1995 GMC C/K Truck service manual that show how to remove the blower motor.

I'm not 100% on the differences between a 1994 and a 1995 dashboard, but I'm assuming it isn't HORRIBLY different. Assuming it is similar (and from what I've seen at junkyards, it is, though yours might be more rounded than my square one) go ahead and remove the glove box. This will make life easier. I'm having trouble finding better details on this, so you might have to do some looking. The motor itself is the same. Just the dash is a bit different. On my dash underneath there is I believe a 15mm bolt going up, that helps secure the dash itself. Undoing this will allow a little wiggle room. Not necessary, but makes it much easier. There are 3 screws in the motor. Typically at the 12, 4, and 8 o'clock positions. Reach in, unplug the power wire, and the ground wire. The ground wire will be up near the top. Mine had a spade connector held on by the screw mounting the top. Unplug them and the rubber hose from the motor. Undo the 3 screws, and pull the motor out. The blower wheel will be attached. You may have to turn the blower motor to find where it will come out just right, as the metal mounting plate is oddly shaped. This is where loosening the bottom of the dash comes in handy. Sometime an extra 0.5" clearance makes all the difference. Remove the motor, put a new one in, and put everything back as you found it. Dont forget the ground wire. And don't forget the rubber tube! That takes some of the moving air and diverts it into the motor to cool it!
