Can you add/replace RAM from the 4 GB it came with?
Other 13” I have seen on YT has soldered RAM, is this one the same or is it plug and play? Is it easy?

Take a look at Steps 6 & 7 for a good view of things here MacBook Air 13" Retina 2018 Teardown Your Intel based MacBook Air is exactly the same, just some minor improvements.
