No Sound (Speakers and Headphones)

Hey everyone.

I have a problem with my iMac, the system does not recognize the internal speakers, the headphones do not work too, the system does not recognize them, only one Bluetooth speaker works. The volume is totally disabled

I have already changed the operating (10.15.x) system and also boot with an external disk (10.14.x) that has an operating system, but I have not had success with the audio. Anyone have any idea what could be happening?

Will I have problems with the Logic Board?

When I turn on the computer I do have the startup sound.
