Charger is plugged in, but phone indicate no charging.
- charger is used with other phone models is working fine
- charger connector on phone has been checked and nothing is wrong.
pls help.. to send me the schematic diagram and hardware diagram which are likely to cause the problem.

stephen, you can download the complete service manual from here. It does have the schematics as well as the trouble shooting points for the phone. Make sure that your DC connector is working properly. Looks like they have some trouble with it. Hope this helps, good luck.
