Why won't my icemaker dump ice?

Hi Mayer, I have the same problem with my LG GFAD701SL.
My LG makes ice well but just won’t dump it in the ice box below – unless you take out the box and press the reset button. Everything else works well, no blockages etc… but we have to repeat the same reset function after every freeze cycle just to get it to drop.
Any simple solution to this problem?
