Is there anyway to fix Dead pixel or LCD replacement ourselves?

My Quest has a tiny dead pixel and i can’t recall the cause of it. I might consider replace the LCD later if there’s any tutorial on how to do it in “ifixit”.

It would help me a lot if there’s any eligible tutorial on how to do it here. And also, if there’s recommendation on what type,size, and brand of the screen to replace it.
