iPhone XS keyboard is broken
I just updated my phone to ios15.3.1 and my keyboard went like this, I can’t touch the button to change language,I tried to recover my phone,but it didn't worked.

Yes I replaced it before.
May have gone faulty.

Yes, but my keyboard still broken
A hard reset? It's more than just turning the phone off and on again. Follow these steps:
Press on the Volume Up button located on the left side of the phone and let go.
Press on the Volume Down button and let go.
Press and hold the side button *until the Apple logo appears* on the screen.
(First two button clicks are quick. With the third make sure you hold the button down until you see the apple, not just when the screen goes dark. It may feel like it'll never happen–takes a while.)
