My phone keeps charging it's self and I cannot charge my phone

Hello, I am having an issue in my Andriod device where it keeps randomly charging it does not charge when I have my phone on, I need to power it off, ever since this happened in my “silent notifications” there is something called “Charging Connected device via USB” I have never linked any usbs and I am very confused, if anybody can help that would be amazing!
