How to repair a non-functioning 2014 Range Rover Evoque,
Exterior (driver's side) Door handle.
The handle pulls open freely but does not unlatch the door from the car.

@deconstructd check the door handle and see if the little tab that hooks into the Door Handle Reinforcement (not sure why they call it that way). The part looks like the one on here Anyhow, follow something like this video for the door handle removal.
