My LG tv turns on to static and no picture

Whenever I turn on the TV, there's no picture and a loud static starts. No matter what button I press the picture doesn't start, but there are lights in the black screen that change from different button presses.

What is the model number of the TV?

Do you get images if you try to view the TV settings menus?

Also see if you can adjust sound either with remote or on the TV itself
