Macboook wont turn on, charger changes color when pressing power

So my macbook just stopped working. When I try to turn it on, it just won't. When I unplug the charger and battery and plug it back, it works, but after shutting it down from OS, the problem is back. Also when I put it back to charger, the light is orange and when i press the powerbutton, it changes color to green for 3 seconds and than changes back. I tried SMC and PRAM reset and still nothing. Any help please?

What you are encountering is SMC going into a locked state so it won't let you startup the next time as it has a serious failure condition. So now we need to discovery what SMC sees but fails to report to you.

You'll need to reset SMC a few times here. This time just disconnect the battery, then with nothing plugged in, press and hold the power button fo a good 15 secs to fully discharge the logic board. Now do the following:

Next let's run the onboard diagnostics press the D key after clearing SMC, did you get any errors?

I have done what you said. The diagnostics reports some issue with camera, but nothing with SMC or power issues. Also, after running the diagnostics, the it works again, I can shutdown and turn of the computer again, but when I leave it for like 30 minutes and more, the problem is back and the computer won't turn on again. Is there any way how to reset SMC from OS? Like using some software or utility? Thanks for help!

@Vlastimil Hrabovský - The camera is the issue then which will also tell SMC to go into a locked state. SMC is a Systems Management Computer (SMC) it deals with all of the house keeping of the systems health. And depending on which sensor has encountered an issue it will do different things.

So now we need to locate what is the problem with the camera. Do you have any visible damage to the display? Did you get the system wet or have a spill? Did you open the system to clean things or something?

I had to clean logic board because of mass of corrosion on whole board. I will check the camera connection. Thanks a lot!

So I've even tried different camera, but the error occurs again. However, both of the cameras are working in operaing system. What should I do next? I'm going to inpect the board again. Could reflowing the SMC chip help? Thanks

@Vlastimil Hrabovský - I doubt reflowing the SMC chip will help here, Liquid damage tends to cause corrosion damage some have be hidden! Tracing out the circuit is what I would do to discover if the logic board connector or which SMD device is bad due to shorting out underneath.
