1 Sound and backlight but no picture

2 yrs ago was getting that fan error and replaced the mainboard. This week the dark screen with sound. Backlight working. Initially got it to with for a minute with a dark red bar at bottom then it goes blab like an old projector with melting film shrinking down to a light spot them out. Now just dark. I can get a few vertical steaks if I fiddle with pulling ribbon cable to the T-con.
So I think it's a bad t-con. I don't have a service manual to troubleshoot deeper.
Can you please help me be more certain?

Check if there is voltage on F101 on the tcon board.
Did you try other input signal types e.g. HDMI, AV, RF etc, you never said?

Thank you. I’ll look at that.
Also, sources don’t affect anything and I don’t get any menu or guide.
Do you have a service manual you can share? I could pay you a part of what it cost you.

@jayeff finally found f101. I can’t see which is the exact test point. With the cables going to the panel pulled there is 35v (half the 70v that’s supposed to be at f101) on the tp right next to it.
I notice there is oil from the foam heat sinks seeped into the ribbon connecting tcon to panel. I’m going to clean with electronics cleaner or methanol and report.

I cleaned all the oil from the heat sink compound and no blessing. Still no image.
Not sure where the voltages are supposed to be connected to. Chassis ground is obvious.

I don't think that there should be 70V on the fuse. That's just the fuse rating so that it can handle the current.
The test was only to see if the tcon was getting power or not.
I always test the chassis earth when testing for voltages as there is no other reference point
