Why is my Ti84 plus ce not turning on?

Hi I have a TI84 Plus CE-T that Is not powering on. I have been able to power it on once or twice but it froze and when I pressed the reset button it immediately shut off and did not turn on again even when put to charge. Sometimes though when I put it to charge the back-light turns on but the screen just stays black and when you try to reset the calculator it immediately turns of. Once when I put it to charge the screen turned on with a white blank screen but just shut off a few minutes later. When I did turn it on I downloaded some application using ti connect and everything worked perfectly fine but it shut off when I pressed the reset button and did not turn on.
