Never turn or leave on wet electronics. If you are lucky, you might have just shorted something out. Disassemble everything and clean out with isopropyl alcohol. Don’t waist your time with rice. Most likely something in the PSU or motherboard shorted. There is a chance it is dead though if you turned it on when wet.

Maybe put it in the rice. It helps to get the water out:)

Rice does nothing except make a mess and waste time. Use some silica gel or take it apart and use a hair dryer too dry it.
@ln038 please do not suggest Rice for any repair. Rice will not do anything to fix things. It will not stop corrosion and it will not clean any organic residues. If nothing else, read through this Don't Put Your Device in Rice. Here's Why...
