Cracked screen - why does product photo show two camera holes?

My daughter cracked the screen on her iPod 4G (white). I understand the LCD and digitizer are fuzed and I need to get them as a unit. However, as I've looked around for the part, I see on the product photo what looks like TWO camera holes on the top front: iPod touch (4th Gen) Screen. The iPod 4G only has one hole in the center top -- the product pic (when you click on the white option) clearly shows two holes, or at least two black circles that I take for camera holes. Regardless what that is, the white iPod 4G I'm holding in my hand only has one circle there, not two...

So my question is: what is the correct part to repair the damage? iPod touch (4th Gen) Screen seems like the right one, and I've seen that on other sites as well, but the photo doesn't appear to actually match the device, so I'm very confused. Thanks in advance!
